Each ring we make, begins with you booking a consultation which can be helt either in our office in Copenhagen, or via phone, Zoom/Teams or email. A little dialogue is essential to ensure we create just the right ring for you, and you'll be getting our utmost attention when we discuss the specs.
Once we've settled on the details, we'll send you a small spec sheet for confirmation. Production time is usually around 2-4 weeks, depending on the product and design, but we can do rush orders in most cases, so please do get in touch.

1. You decide you want to order a ring.

2. You book a meeting with us either through our online booking-form or via email (consider your budget, when you need it, if you want a physical or digital/phone meeting etc).

3. We guide you through the design process and advice you to the best of our ability at a meeting.

4. We send you a summarized non-binding offer and you either accept the offer, decline it or adjust the design. When we’re set on a design, it’s locked and we request a deposit.

5. We make the ring. Please allow us space and time to make the ring. Usually it takes 2-4 weeks to craft the ring.

6. We let you know once the ring is finished and we either ship it or you pick it up from our store.

7. You propose or you get married - and if you need to get the ring resized, polished or cleaned, we’re always happy to help. Some things are free. Some things come with a cost. But the workmanship is always guaranteed.

Each ring can be customized to exactly your wishes. Every detail will be tailored to meet your exact wants, needs and desires, so you won’t have to settle for a pre-made design like with many other jewelers. Here, you can design your perfect ring.

Don't worry, if the ring turns out to be either too small or large, we do sizing alterations in our workshop for a small fee (approx. 400 DKK), so we're certain that we get the perfect fit.

Usually, we need 2-4 weeks after your meeting and your confirmation of the offer to craft your custom jewelry pieces. Production time can vary depending on the time of year, with Christmas and summer (wedding season) being our busiest periods. 

But know that we can accommodate rush orders in most cases, so please get in touch.

We have a local workshop located here in Vesterbro, Copenhagen and work with one in Thailand and one in India as well. Depending on the design and budget, we choose the workshop best suited for crafting the particular design, to ensure the best result.

All reparations and size alterations are done locally at our workshop in Vesterbro, Copenhagen.

Absolutely, we can add a personalized engraving inside most rings; Add a name, a date or a meaningful message to your ring. We can do it all. The price is around 400,- DKK per ring. See available typefaces here.

Please make sure the ring has the right fit and size before you add the engraving. Resizing a ring after engraving will require a new engraving, which may add an additional charge. 

Engraving cannot be added if the ring band is completely round, less than 1.5mm in width, or has an irregular or organic shape.

Our best advice is to take the time to think about the recipient when choosing the details of the ring. Consider what they would appreciate in a ring, and what are their daily routines. Let the ring reflect their personality, and remember that the sentiment of you putting some thought into the creation of the ring goes a very long way.

Meetings for engagement and wedding rings are held in our office, but please know that we do not accept walk-ins without prior booking. While you can see examples of our rings in the shop, most of our pieces are made to order. Meaning; your perfect ring exists after we make it.

That said, we do not discriminate; the rings that we like the best are not necessarily the most flashy rings, we much prefer rings that are made to be worn and used everyday, where factors like the wearer's everyday life and aesthetic preferences are taken into consideration. 

Many of the rings that we post on social media are bespoke rings made specifically for a client. Therefore it isn’t a product suitable for our readymade collection on the webshop.

We do not publicize prices on bespoke jewelry for one reason only; we respect the privacy of our clients and the recipient of the ring.

We recommend using 14k and 18k gold for pieces you want to wear every day for many years. In terms of color, we can do both yellow, white and rose gold. Occasionally, we also work with platinum. 

We can also make custom jewelry in 9k gold, but the material is softer in terms of everyday wear and longevity of the piece.

We love working with lab-grown diamonds and we can source lab-grown diamonds in all sizes, shapes and many colors from our reputable suppliers, mainly in Antwerpen, Belgium.

They provide a wonderful alternative to natural diamonds, offering incredible value for money.

Natural diamonds are the most beautiful of all natural gemstones. We use a lot of natural diamonds, and we can source all shapes, sizes and colors from our reputable and certified suppliers. We can fit the size and shape of the diamond to your budget in either way.

We also offer lab-grown diamonds as a more affordable and in some cases innocent alternative.

Yes, we can definitely use your old jewelry, as long as it’s made out of solid gold. We can also re-use diamonds and other gemstones, as long as they’re in good condition.

The gold can be used in making your jewelry, or it can be used as currency when paying for your custom piece. So if you have heirloom jewelry or other pieces that you do not use any longer, we can give them new life.

Please note we do not make alterations or repairs to old jewelry.

In short; yes. That would be absolutely no problem. If you have your own diamond or some other gemstone that you for instance bought on one of your travels, we can use it in our bespoke jewelry. If you have loose gold that would also make sense to use that.

But please know that we cannot repurpose or use old silver or gold plated silver jewelry. Also, some materials like synthetic pearls or cubic zirconia would not make sense repurposing.
